- Coordinate the collection of required customer information, drawings, specifications, deadlines, and commercial requirements before quotation work begins.
- Help maintain quality control across the sales process by following established process maps, naming conventions, documentation standards, and approval steps.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate administrative sales work, including automated quote-number creation, quotation-folder generation, and MasterSheet updates.
CRM, Lead Systems and Data Quality - Use META’s AI-supported lead search tools and online lead management system to review, qualify, prioritize, and advance prospective customers.
- Maintain complete and accurate activity, contact, opportunity, and follow-up records in ACT! and other designated sales systems.
- Ensure that leads and opportunities have clear ownership, status, next actions, deadlines, and supporting documentation.
- Participate in the implementation, testing, and evaluation of new lead generation, lead management, CRM, and sales-process features.
- Provide practical feedback to the CEO and the Lead Provider Team regarding system usability, data quality, workflow gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Market Feedback and Continuous Improvement
- Document and share insights gained through direct customer interactions, including customer interests, objections, purchasing behavior, market conditions, and competitive feedback.
- Provide detailed feedback regarding lead quality, customer responses, conversion barriers, market trends, and areas where lead-generation performance can be improved.
- Recommend adjustments to search criteria, target industries, customer profiles, geographic focus, contact functions, and lead qualification requirements based on actual market results.
- Work closely with the Lead Provider Team and META leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and the overall effectiveness of META’s AI Lead Generation Program.
- Support the continuous development of META’s sales tools and processes by testing new features and providing specific, practical recommendations.
Team Coordination and Reporting
- Communicate clearly and regularly with the CEO, Sales Team, Engineering, Estimating, and administrative support functions.
