This 4,180 m² facility is very efficiently designed, allowing for maximum space utilisation while providing a variety of storage options for different requirements.
A rack-supported platform with a total area of 557 m² and integrated stairs, hinged safety gates, railings and tread plates provides plenty of easily accessible bulk storage space on an elevated level. The META CLIP shelving system that supports the platform has more than 3,000 shelves in various sizes, providing plenty of storage space and storage locations for medium and small parts. In addition to this shelf-supported platform, META A-frame racking has divider arms for storing long, narrow parts.

The rest of the warehouse is equipped with META MULTIPAL pallet racking and the META MULTISTRONG heavy-duty cantilever racking. The MULTIPAL pallet racking system has up to 10 levels with a total frame height of 8,5 metres and can carry up to 3,000 kg per level, providing more than 1,200 pallet positions throughout the distribution centre. It also features heavy-duty backstops, waterfall wire covers, aisle end protection and upright protection on each frame.

For long and heavy parts, the MULTISTRONG cantilever rack was designed with a total height of 7 metres, 9 levels and an arm length of over 90 cm. Each arm can carry a weight load of over 254 kg.
