"The initial contact with META took place right at the beginning of 2025. I called him directly because of the familiarity of META and Mr. Dolle in particular. He immediately agreed to carry out an on-site assessment within a few hours and to tackle the project straight away.

Severin's aim was to implement a shelving solution that would allow us to supply our customers flexibly and in small batches. The new META function with the movable shelving systems, which we have also integrated, is particularly noteworthy. These systems will enable us to continue to serve our customers on a small scale and in line with their needs in the future.

The assembly phase was announced weeks in advance. The fitters were on site on time and started work straight away. The original plan was for the installation to take two weeks, but we needed the shelving system earlier due to internal processes. After consultation with META, the installation phase was reduced to one week at short notice - thanks to additional manpower.

I would particularly like to thank Mr. Dolle, who came to us together with Odeen and made valuable suggestions for adjustments that significantly improved our efficiency. These were implemented immediately. A big thank you to Mr. Dolle for his support."
