Elektro Schröder, based in Gütersloh, operates in the field of electrical engineering and stocks an extensive range of electrical products. In collaboration with META, a flexible warehouse concept was developed for the central warehouse that supports well-organized order fulfillment and efficient operations.

A two-story META CLIP shelving system is in use, which makes optimal use of the available headroom and creates additional storage capacity for small electrical items. The solution is complemented by a counter based on META CLIP, as well as META MULTIPAL pallet racks and a cable drum rack. This allows for the appropriate and organized storage of smaller items as well as pallets and cable drums.

The combination of these different systems merges structured storage with short access routes and flexible use of the available space. Thanks to this coordinated planning, Elektro Schröder now has a tailored warehouse concept that supports daily processes in the central warehouse and enables efficient order fulfillment.
