Gemoss has been a family-run business since 1993 and is one of the largest suppliers in the HoReCa sector in the Baltic States. At the beginning of 2024, we were commissioned to install pallet racking in Riga. After a detailed analysis of material flows, we developed a concept that significantly increases efficiency. The result: Gemoss can now manage 30 percent more goods with fewer staff, and the return on investment is less than five years.

The planning phase took a year, during which we developed several layout options. We then delivered 14 trucks and completed the installation within three weeks. The project was designed in two phases: first manual, then semi-automatic, with a view to future automation. The result is a solution that is perfectly tailored to the customer's needs and offers room for growth in the long term.
