Replacing Geringhoff's existing storage system with a META CLIP two-level shelving system has helped the company increase the storage capacity needed to serve the growing agricultural industry in the Midwestern United States. The META CLIP boltless shelving system, with a footprint of approximately 3,518 square feet, provides over 32,450 square feet of storage space with 3,124 shelves. The system has both single-sided and double-sided shelves for easier access to products and more storage space. The extremely torsion-resistant construction ensures safety and durability with varying dimensions. The flooring is made from ResinDek Panels' robust and hard-wearing B-Deck, which has been specially developed for industrial-grade mezzanine floors. The state-of-the-art safety equipment includes railings, safety doors (swing doors) and a staircase. The swing doors ensure safe handling of materials and provide additional protection for the entire racking system.

The great flexibility of META products allows Geringhoff to increase its storage capacity to meet its current and future storage needs. Geringhoff can continue to modify these shelves by adjusting the shelf height (in 1" increments), adding additional shelf levels or removing excess levels. The increased capacity and efficiency will give Geringhoff the flexibility it needs to continue to grow its successful US business.
