„At the central warehouse of Netz Niederösterreich, all materials required for operations are stored, picked, and quality-checked, including the recalibration of meters for electricity, gas, water, and heat.

We have specified high-bay racking and shelving systems. A key requirement for us was the option of relocating later, as this is currently a rented warehouse. Our goal is to learn the processes here and move all materials to a new site in five to six years.

A central feature is the QR code solution for bookings in the warehouse management system – every storage location is equipped with a QR code.

Collaboration with [META] is excellent. We have short communication paths and quick response times, especially when it comes to extensions. The quotation phase usually takes only a few days; we reach agreement quickly, place orders promptly, and installation is just as fast. That’s how it should be – and how we want it to stay.

We are also currently converting many decentralised warehouses, so rapid responses are crucial for us.

Quality is equally important: talking to each other, consulting, and finding solutions together. If something stands out, questions are asked and corrections made – not simply implementing what the customer wants, but actively thinking along, even during the planning phase.“

„Netz Niederösterreich has been our customer for many years, with the initial contact taking place in summer 2022. The tender was excellently prepared from the outset – a true all-inclusive package. We took on the complete planning, organised the delivery of goods, handled the unloading of lorries, and managed the entire assembly process through to completion and acceptance. Even the label application and electrical work were part of our responsibilities. For the sprinkler system, we were involved technically, although the execution was carried out by specialised companies.

A particular challenge – and at the same time an exciting change – was the integration of the lighting and the joint development of a new shelf labelling system with the customer. This required creative brainstorming to ensure the best possible service and a smooth process. As soon as we were finished, the customer was able to start storing goods immediately.“
